GOURMET TRUFFLE TOASTIE
INGREDIENTS (MAKES 1)
1/4 truffle, grated
3 slices of white bread
large handful of Ashgrove vintage chedder, grated
large handful of Ashgrove wasabi cheese, grated
thin slice of ham
1 tsp Hillfarm dijon mustard
Heat a small knob of butter in a pan and toast both sides of a slice of bread which will be your middle piece of your sandwich. When both sides have toasted take the slice out and add another piece of bread to the pan. This will be the base of your sandwich.
Build the sandwich in the pan on a very low heat. Start with the wasabi cheese then the ham, your previously toasted slice with one side covered in dijon mustard, cheddar cheese, grate some truffle and then the third piece of bread on top. Flip the sandwich over once the base is toasted.
