CHICKEN & MUSTARD PINWHEELS
PREPARATION: 5min ~ COOK: 40min ~ READY IN: 1hr
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees celsius.
- Add chicken, breadcrumbs, chives, mustard powder, salt and egg into a mixing bowl and combine.
- Remove plastic from pastry. Evenly spread the chicken mixture all over the pastry, ensure that it is not too thick. Season and carefully roll the pastry up then, cut into approximately 2cm slices.
- Place these slices on a baking tray and cook in the oven for 30-40 minutes.
