- Cook pasta in salted water till al dente approximately 11 minutes.
- Into a hot pan add oil, onion, garlic, tomatoes, heat for 2 minutes ; fold through pesto. Stir pasta through the sauce, taking some of the water with the noodles to create a sauce in the pan.
- To serve, heap pasta on to a plate and top with pieces of bocconcini and fresh basil leaves.
