AMY'S TRUFFLE PIZZA
PREPARATION: 10min ~ COOK: 20min ~ READY IN: 35min
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
- Cut 4 rounds from the puff pastry. Lay the rounds on a lined baking tray and brush a thin layer of oil over the rounds. Top each round with a different cheese; one with feta, one with blue cheese, one with mascarpone and the other with ricotta. Divide the caramelised onion between the rounds and place on top. Bake for about 20 minutes.
- Once pastry is puffed and golden, remove from the oven, shave over the truffle and parmesan and serve immediately.
