- Cook the crab in the butter and wine, set aside to cool. Slice the Turkish bread into thin slices and cut rounds out using a pastry cutter. Bake the bread rounds until crispy.
- Combine the cream cheese, chopped chives, dill, finger lime and salt and pepper, fold through the crab meat.
- To serve top the tostadas with crab and garnish with shiso.
