1 packet Barilla Pappardelle pasta
4 chorizo sausages, minced in a food processor
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tin Ardmona Crushed Tomatoes
1 pinch fresh rosemary
Salt, to season
2 tbsp crushed chillies [optional]
100g Ashgrove Fetta Cheese, to serve
Fresh parsley, to serve
- Cook your pasta in salted water till al dente approximately 8 minutes. Into a food processor blitz your chorizo.
- Into a cold pan add your chorizo and cook approximately 5 minutes. Turn the heat up and add your brown sugar, garlic and crushed tomatoes to the pan. Pick some rosemary and add to the pan, season with salt and add chillies if desired.
- Take your pasta and add it to the pan with your sauce. To serve top with crumbled feta and fresh parsley.
