- Combine corn flour, curry powder, salt and plain flour. Gradually add small amounts of iced soda water until mixture is a smooth, thickened cream or paint-like consistency, you may not need to use all the soda water.
- Remove oysters from shell and cover in batter. Fry quickly until crispy.
- Dip in Kewpie mayonnaise.
