AMY'S APPLE CRUMBLE
PREPARATION: 5min ~ COOK: 5min ~ READY IN: 10min
- To caramelise the apples, slice apple in 8 slices and remove the core and put in a bowl with the honey, toss to coat the apples.
- Melt butter in a saucepan, add the honey coated apple to the pan. Cook down for about 5 minutes or until the apple is soft and the sauce is thickening.
- To serve, pour apples in a bowl and top with oat crumble mixture and micro mint to serve.
