APPLE & HONEY TARTE TATIN

- Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius. Cut out pan-sized round of Borg’s Puff Pastry. Put the same pan on the stove-top on a medium to high heat. Cut apples into wedges, trim out the core. Pour honey into the pan, melt in the butter. Add the zest of one lemon into the pan, add a pinch of salt.
- Place apple wedges in the syrup in a circle around the pan. Turn off heat. Place pastry round neatly and firmly over the top of the apples, place pan in oven for 25 minutes.
- Remove pan from oven. While the tart is hot, carefully flip onto a large plate. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
