AMY'S CHOCOLATE BROWNIES
PREPARATION: 10min ~ COOK: 35min ~ READY IN: 45min
- Preheat oven to 160 degrees celsius.
- Melt butter and chocolate together in a saucepan over low-medium heat.
- Meanwhile, whisk eggs in stand mixer until light and fluffy. Add sugar and mix until combined then fold through the flour and cocoa powder.
- Add the melted chocolate mixture and fold through. Pour into a 21 x 21 cm pan and cook for 35-40 minutes.
