INGREDIENTS (SERVES 2)
2 cups Ashgrove milk
100g good quality chocolate, roughly chopped
5 egg yolks
1/2 cup sugar
Add the milk and chocolate to a pan over a medium heat.
Whisk the eggs and sugar together until it is light and fluffy. Set aside.
Head back to your custard and slowly whisk it into your egg and sugar mix and then back into your saucepan. Keep stirring over until the sauce has thickened.
Leave it to cool and serve.
