KINGFISH LIME CANAPÉS
PREPARATION: 10min ~ READY IN: 15min
- Lay the lime halves onto a board and top with the kingfish sashimi.
- Squeeze a small dot of kewpie mayonnaise onto each canapé, top with a baby caper and season with salt. Garnish with micro shiso.
- To eat, suck the kingfish off the lime and squeeze the lime juice into your mouth.
