AMY'S WHOLE GRAIN PASTA
PREPARATION: 5min ~ COOK: 10min ~ READY IN: 15min
- Bring a pot of water to the boil, add the spaghetti and cook until al dente (about 8 minutes). Once cooked, drain pasta and add lemon infused oil.
- Into the warm pasta fold through figs, walnuts, chillies, rocket, prosciutto and goat's cheese. Add squeeze of lemon.
- To serve garnish with fresh herbs and enjoy.
