REFRIED BEANS
PREPARATION: 25min  ~  COOK: 15min  ~  READY IN: 40min


INGREDIENTS 
(SERVES 4)
Pre-prepared Frijoles 
2 tbsp Hillfarm Canola Oil
2 onions, finely chopped 
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground coriander seed
2 cloves of garlic, diced
50 g of Persian feta
1⁄4 cup fresh coriander, chopped

DIRECTIONS
  1. In a hot, small frypan sauté onions, cumin, coriander seed, and garlic until tender.
  2. Add pre‐prepared frijoles and Persian feta and smash with a potato masher to desired texture. 
  3. Serve with corn chips and freshly chopped coriander.
