AMY'S SALMON EN PAPILLOTE
PREPARATION: 5min ~ COOK: 15min ~ READY IN: 25min
- Combine ginger, lemon myrtle, salt and pepper in a dish, add the salmon and toss to coat with the dry mix.
- Place salmon onto a bed of lemon slices. Wrap the salmon in baking paper, and again in foil. Cook over hot coals for 15 minutes.
- Remove from heat, unwrap salmon, dress with oil, caviar and micro greens.
