- Take tail off the cray. Scoop out meat. Cut meat into small, chunky cubes. Add to bowl. Add to bowl the cream cheese and kewpie mayonnaise, and mix well.
- Add chives, seaweed pearls, lime and lemon juice, and mix well.
- On a serving plate, place radish rounds. Spoon mixture on top of radish rounds. Add crumb, and garnish with micro herbs.
