PREPARATION: 10min ~ COOK: 25min ~ READY IN: 45min
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius. Melt butter and add cocoa whisk in the egg. Mix through all other ingredients and press into a lined baking tray.
- Bake for 25 minutes and then allow to cool.
- To make ganache melt chocolate and fold through crème fraîche. Then pour over the chilled slice.
