CULTURED CREAM & CITRUS FRUIT
PREPARATION: 4days 10min ~ COOK: 20min ~ READY IN: 30min
- To make your syrup use some water and pine needles and sugar to water and simmer until flavour is infused.
- To make your cultured cream add some starter culture to fresh cream and allow to ferment for 4-5 days.
- To plate: onto the bottom of your dish put some cream, top with a biscuit, add fruit, zest, syrup and top with cultured cream.
