CRISPY-SKIN SALMON & HERB MASH
PREPARATION: 10min ~ COOK: 10min ~ READY IN: 20min
- Roughly chiffonade your fresh herbs, then add to your potatoes along with herbs, butter, chopped capers and cream. Smash your potatoes.
- To make your crispy skin salmon; place your salmon into a hot frypan skin-side down with some oil and cook for around 4 minutes each side. Remove salmon from pan and set aside to rest.
- Into the pan wilt your spinach with garlic and a small knob of butter.
- To plate serve your smashed potato, aioli, and wilted greens.
