FESTIVE WHOLE GRAIN SPAGHETTI

- Cook your pasta in salted water until al dente.
- Prick each cherry tomatoes twice to release the juice, and the add to a bowl with salt, pepper and oil, and toss so that the juices combine. Add the kale, capers, ricotta and pesto to the bowl and mix.
- Once your pasta is cooked fold it through the kale and tomato mixture while it is still hot and serve.
