BARILLA'S PEA & MUSHROOM PENNE

- Into a large pan on medium to high heat add the oil, onions, mushrooms and cook down until soft and reduced. After about 5 minutes add the cream to the pan and toss to combine and season to taste. Add the parmesan and peas to the pan and use the residual heat to cook through.
- Meanwhile, in a large pot of salted boiling water, add the penne and cook for about 10 minutes or until al dente.
- Add the pasta to the sauce and toss to coat.
