2 Australian Avocados
1/3 red onion, diced finely
8 cherry tomatoes, halved
1 chilli, sliced into rounds
1 bunch coriander, roughly chopped
2 limes, juiced
1⁄2 tsp molato seasoning (dried chilli)
Salt and pepper, to taste
- Dice the avocados, add to a bowl and add the onion, add the coriander, lime juice, cherry tomatoes, chilli, and season with salt and pepper. Add the mulatto and mix well to combine.
- Serve with corn chips.
