CHORIZO & CHICKEN PINWHEELS

- Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Blitz the chorizo to turn it into a mince. Place the chorizo into a mixing bowl with the chicken mince, tomato puree and breadcrumbs. Combine together, add a pinch of salt and pepper, coriander stalks and chives. Continue to mix until well combined.
- Take a sheet of Borg's Puff Pastry, remove the plastic, spoon the mince onto the centre of the pastry and push out leaving 1 cm of pastry around the edges. Roll the pastry up and cut into 1.5 cm slices, place these on a baking tray and into the oven for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
