CHILLI CURRY PRAWNS

- Into a cold griddle pan drizzle lemon oil, onion and chilli, and bring up to a high heat and cook for 3 minutes.
- Coat the prawns with the curry powder, salt and tomato puree. Add the prawns and lime juice to the pan and sauté for 1 minutes.
- Serve topped with spring onions, shiso and drizzle of lemon oil.
