BANOFFEE & CHOCOLATE TART
PREPARATION: 10min ~ COOK: 15min ~ READY IN: 1 hr 30min
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Dock the pastry by pricking with a fork, then press into small moulds to then blind bake until golden.
- In a double boiler, over medium/low heat, add the chocolate and allow to melt. In a separate pot warm the cream. Combine melted chocolate and cream then add a pinch of salt.
- Pour chocolate mixture into the cooled tart cases and top with banana chips and popping candy.
- Allow to set in the refrigerator for approximately 1 hour.
