VANILLA BEAN PORRIDGE WITH PEAR
PREPARATION: 5min ~ COOK: 10min ~ READY IN: 20min
- Heat butter, milk and oats in a pan over medium to high heat until the milk is mostly absorbed.
- Stir through the vanilla syrup and rest porridge, off heat with the lid on for 2 minutes.
- To serve, spoon porridge into a bowl, top with pear slices, crushed freeze-dried raspberries, almonds, sunflower seeds and a dollop of lemon curd.
- Serve with a chai foam.
