GOAT'S CHEESE & TOMATO FRITTATA
- Pre heat oven 180°C. Starting with a cold pan add chorizo, turn heat on to high, allow to cook and fat to render.
- Into a bowl add eggs, cream, cheeses, salt and whisk until combined.
- When chorizo is cooked turn heat off and carefully place in tomatoes, kale and goats cheese, pour over egg mixture and salt to taste. Place into oven for 30-35 minutes or until set.
BEN'S TIP: Make sure the fry-pan is oven-proof.
