OYSTERS WITH ITALIAN SAUSAGE VINAIGRETTE
- Into a pan on low heat add sausage, 1 tbsp oil and a pinch of salt . Cook 8-9 minutes or until oil has begun rendering out into the pan.
- Into a jar add 2 tbsp lemon juice, KEEN'S Mustard Powder, salt, oil from pan and honey. Shake to emulsify.
- To serve: spoon dressing over oysters and add micro herbs for garnish.
