OPEN ASPARAGUS TART
- Into a hot pan add oil and asparagus cook until the asparagus is charred. Add salami, tomatoes, garlic, KEEN'S Mustard Powder, salt and toss, turn heat off.
- Carefully arrange everything from the pan onto the puff pastry and finish with parmesan cheese.
BEN'S TIP: Cut a circle out of the Borg’s pastry using a dinner plate as a guide, prick holes with fork and cook in a 180°C oven until brown. When cooking the asparagus make sure it gets a nice amount chard and only cook one side.
