- Pre-heat oven 180°C. Brush beef with oil, then coat with breadcrumbs, pressing down to make sure they stick. Wrap beef up in the bacon then salt to taste.
- Place beef in the middle of pastry, then place the second sheet puff pastry over the top. With egg wash brush around the edges, push down around the beef to seal. Trim the excess pastry off and with a folk crimp around edges. Trim off rough edges and brush pastry with egg wash.
- Place into oven 18 -20 minutes.
