- Place flour into a bowl, add salt and pepper corns, mix, then spoon onto a plate, coat fish with flour mix. Into a pan on medium heat, add oil and fish, cook for 2 minutes.
- Turn fish and add butter. Cook for 2 minutes constantly basting melted butter over fish, salt to taste.
- Serve with lemon.
