CHEAT BANANA BREAD
- Place bananas into a bowl and cover with sugar, then add to a pan on medium heat and cook until caramelised. Meanwhile spread marmalade and cream cheese onto toast, season with a pinch of salt.
- When bananas have caramelised add cream and turn off heat, using the residual heat to develop the caramel sauce. Keep the pan moving to ensure that the bananas are coated.
- Serve banana’s on toast with walnuts.
