- Drizzle oil onto bread and place into a grill pan on a medium heat, leave until toasted, drizzle oil and turn to toast other side.
- Rub garlic and tomatoes onto toast, squeezing the juice out of tomatoes, place onto plate drizzle with oil. Add cheese, smoked ham and drizzle with balsamic vinegar, salt to taste. Garnish with parsley.
