ALMOND, HONEY & BANANA PORRIDGE
- Add rolled oats, milk and salt to a pot that is on a medium heat, cook for 4-5 minutes or until oats are soft (add splash of water if needed) remove from heat.
- Add butter, honey, lemon juice and salt to a small frypan, stir. Once butter has melted cook for further 2 minutes to reduce.
- To serve, add oats to a bowl with banana, almonds and drizzle over honey syrup.
