- Preheat oven 180°C. Into a bowl add chorizo, breadcrumbs, cheese, peppercorns, paprika, thyme leaves and a pinch of salt. Using your hands mix together until combined.
- Onto a sheet of Borg’s Puff Pastry place 1/2 of the chorizo mixture and flatten out. Carefully roll up the pastry and trim edges. Cut into 1cm pieces place onto a tray and cook until golden brown.
BEN'S TIP: Be careful not to over load the chorizo onto the pastry as it will make rolling harder.
