CRAB & LEMON SPAGHETTI
- Heat a frying pan over a medium heat. Add 20g of butter, oil, garlic and chilli. Once butter starts to foam add crab meat and cook for 2 minutes or until crab starts to get colour.
- Add wine and cook for 2 minutes to reduce liquid by half. Add zest and lemon juice and remaining butter. Add pasta and toss to coat, check for seasoning add salt to taste.
- Serve with micro herb for garnish.
BEN'S TIP: Cook pasta as usual but leave it slightly undercooked. Drain and toss with a little olive oil and store in a sealed container in the refrigerator until needed.
