QUICK RHUBARB TART
- Pre heat oven 180°C. Add orange juice, sugar, vanilla and pinch of salt into a bowl mix together. Cut rhubarb to the same length as pastry pieces, add into a bowl and mix to coat. Transfer pastry onto an oven tray lined with baking paper.
- Place rhubarb onto pastry (4 stick per square) drizzle syrup over, add a sprinkle of sugar, place into the oven for 25 minutes.
- Serve with lemon balm micro herb to garnish.
