HIDDEN VEGGIE SAUSAGE ROLLS
- Pre-heat oven 180°C. Place cauliflower into a food processor and blitz until fine it looks like breadcrumbs, then place into a bowl. Repeat some process with brussels sprouts and spec. Add pork mince, salt and KEEN'S Mustard Powder to the bowl and mixed together using until it’s combined.
- Place ¼ of the mixture in the edge of the pastry. Roll and brush the egg wash on the edge of pastry to seal.
- Cut to desired size, transfer to an oven tray, brush with egg wash, place into the oven for 30 minutes until golden brown.
BEN'S TIP: You can put as much or as little mince as you like depending on the size you want your sausage rolls.
