PULLED PORK CANNELLONI
- To make béchamel sauce, place butter and flour into a pot over medium heat. Cook stirring for 2 minutes or until mixture bubbles. Continually stirring gradually add milk,once the milk is added keep stirring until it has warmed up then take off heat. Grate parmesan cheese into the pot add a pinch of salt and stir. Continue stirring until thick and set aside.
- Place ricotta into a pipping bag and pulled pork into another pipping bag. Pipe ricotta half way down into one end of the cannelloni, then pipe pulled pork into both ends of the cannelloni. Place cannelloni into a oven proof dish, pour over Barilla Bolognese sauce then spoon on béchamel sauce, bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
