- Preheat oven 180°C. Add oil and onions into a pan that is on a low / medium heat and cook for 15 minutes turning every 5 minutes until the onions are soft and caramelised.
- Meanwhile in a bowl add cream, eggs, salt, cheese and parsley, whisk together and set aside. Add chilli and KEEN'S Curry Powder to the pan with onions and cook for 1 minute. Break up the salmon and break up over the onions then add egg mix to pan sprinkle over thyme leaves and cook in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
