LEMON & PRAWN OIL TAGLIATELLE
- Peel prawns separating the shell and meat. Into a pan that is on high heat add 100ml olive oil and the prawn shells and then cook for 20 minutes. Strain the oil and transfer into a jar.
- Heat olive oil in a large frying pan on high. Add prawns and cook for 1 -1½ minutes or until they change colour. Add chilli, soy, prawn oil, stir and add pasta. Toss or mix to coat. Turn off heat, add salt and lemon juice and toss to combine.
