GRAND PACIFIC MUSSELS
- Add butter and oil to a pan that is on high heat allow butter to melt. Add garlic, parsley, spring onions and stir and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add wine, chilli and mussels stir and cook with lid on for 3- 5 minutes. Add cream and give the pan a shake, remove from heat.
- Serve with squeeze of lemon and micro herbs as garnish.
