PEAR & PECAN CRUMBLE
- Preheat oven 180°C. Place pears, maple syrup, mandarin juice, nutmeg, dates into a bowl and mix to coat. Transfer pear mixture into oven-proof serving dishes and set aside.
- Add brown sugar, caster sugar, flour, oats and butter to a bowl and rub butter through until mixed together. Add pecans and spoon over crumble over the pears, add a pinch of salt then place into an oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden.
- Serve with a dollop of yoghurt.
