- In a Bessemer Multi Pan, combine flour, water, oil and a pinch of salt. Spread mixture evenly. Add tomato paste and toppings.
- Cook for 5 minutes over a medium-heat followed by 5 minutes over a low-heat with lid on and vent open.
- Transfer to a grill uncovered until golden brown.
- Finish on stove top over a medium-heat for a few minutes to crisp the pizza base and serve.
