CHOC-PEANUT BUTTER SELF-SAUCING PUDDING
- Pre heat oven 180°C.
- Into a saucepan add sugar, peanut butter, 50 g butter, and leave until the sugar dissolves. Meanwhile add flour, cocoa powder, baking powder into a bowl and stir to combine.
- Add milk to saucepan and stir, make a well in the middle of dry and pour in the wet ingredients and fold until it’s combined.
- Transfer mixture into a greased oven proof dish. Into the same pan add maple syrup and the remaining butter and stir once butter has melt pour over the batter and place into the oven bake for 35 - 40 minutes.
- Serve with ice cream or cream and honeycomb.
