BESSEMER BEER BREAD
- Place the self raising flour, salt, sun-dried tomatoes and parmesan cheese into the saucepan and mix.
- Add beer and mix together. Sprinkle with tasty cheese on top, place lid on, vent closed until lid is hot to touch then to low.
- Cook for 15 minutes with vent closed and then vent open and cook for further 15-20 minutes or until top of bread is dry.
- Turn out and place back in pan to brown the other side and cook further 5-7 minutes.
