BESSEMER APRICOT LOAF
- Beat egg whites and sugar for 1 minute. Place all other ingredient in saucepan expect for flour and mix. Add egg whites and flour, mix gently.
- Place lid on vent open on medium heat until touch hot and then reduce to low. Cook for approximately 20-25 minutes or until the top of the cake is firm.
- Turn out on to a rack to cool.
