- Preheat the grill then into a large fry-pan add oil and chorizo, turn heat to high and cook for 5 minutes to render the fat . Add onion, garlic, chilli and stir, cook for 5 minutes or until onions have colour and soft.
- Add Ardmona Tomatoes, salt, red wine vinegar and stir. Cook until liquid has reduced and thick. Scatter prawns and crumble feta over the the sauce, place under the grill for 5-10 minutes or until prawns are cooked and feta is char.
