MUSHROOM TARTE TATIN
- Heat oil in a small oven-proof frypan on medium heat, add mushrooms, oil and butter, cook for 5 minutes or until mushrooms have reduced in size.
- Add salt, garlic and thyme to the mushroom and cook for 1 minutes and remove from heat. Using a dinner plate as a guide cut out a circle. Place pastry over the mushrooms and tuck in on the sides.
- Place frypan into the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the pastry is golden in colour. Carefully flip over so the mushroom are on the top.
- Serve by adding creme fraiche, micro herbs.
