CAULIFLOWER PASTA BAKE
- Preheat oven 180°C. In a saucepan of salted, boiling water add the Barilla Penne and cook for 6 minutes. With 3 minutes left in cooking time add cauliflower to the pasta. Meanwhile add breadcrumbs and spec to a bowl and mix to combine.
- Strain water from pasta reserving 1/2 cup in the pot, add creme fraiche and cheese mix together and taste for seasoning.
- Place cauliflower into a oven-proof dish and scatter breadcrumbs evenly over the top, drizzle with olive oil,and then place into the oven for 25-30 minutes.
